Arrival Inspection.  

1. Check for missing items.  Report abuse.  Detect smoke (marijuna, tobacco) smell

2. Photograph: Kitchen, Bathroom, Bedroom, Living Room, Dining Room

3. Remove trash: empty fridge, coffee maker, food

4. Inspect sheets, blankets, towels for stains.  Pretreat stains before washing or toss if not worth cleaning

5. Start washing linen sheets and towels ASAP, it takes at least 1.5 hours..  If not enough time, use a new sheet set.  

6. Make note  of low supplies

Cleaning

• KITCHEN: dust, wipe surfaces, counter top, base boards, vacuum, mop.  Clean fridge, microwave, sink, coffee maker, dishes, pots and pans... Replace trash liner

• LIVING/DINING: dust, wipe surfaces, table, vacuum, mop

• BATH: clean sink, mirror, toilet, tub. Wipe surfaces, countertop, baseboard, vacuum, mop

• BEDROOM: dust, clean blinds, window sills, surfaces, desk, vacuum, mop.  Change sheets, pillows, make bed

• Take out ALL trash

• Take pictures of every room.  Capture a departure photo selfie.
